Below please find the documents for the formal Designation of the Neighbourhood Area for the Plan. This is the first step in the application process, complicated by the fact that we are adding (with the consent of all parties) five adjoining properties that for historic reasons lie in the Shipton Under Wychwood Parish.
Because the Designated Area does not coincide with the Parish Boundary it needs to go before Cabinet for approval.
Update: the Area Designation has passed the first stage and has been approved by West Oxfordshire District Council on 13 January 2021.
